A FAIR COUSIN AND A DARK BROTHER
The nest day Sapt instructs Rassendyll about the habits of Rudolf Elphberg saying,

Finally, they decide not to fight openly with Black Michael and then Rassendyll goes to meet Princess Flavia with Fritz as Fritz is shown in love of Countess Helga Von Strofzin and Helga lives with Princess. He tries to win the heart of Princess during meeting as he says,
“I ask you to speak nothing but what your heart tells you — and to call me nothing but my name.”
Michael comes to meet with Princess at the same time and feels hate to see them together but doesn’t show his enmity. Michael asks Rassendyll the reason of injury and Rassendyll says,
“Yes, I was playing a game with a mongrel dog, and you know brother, such have uncertain temper.”
Black Micheal warns him not to play with him again. He is met with Michael’s three ruffians (De Gautet (French), Bersonin (Belgian) and Detchard (English)). Again Rudolf is warned to be cautious from the Black Michael and his guard by Princess Flavia.
